Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your FRAME PUNK purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our policies below and contact us—we’re here to help.
Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

You must contact us first at support@framepunk.co.uk before sending anything back.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:

Custom-made or personalised frames

Gift cards

Items marked as clearance or sale
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
We may issue partial refunds for:

Items returned in a condition not matching the original (e.g., damaged or missing parts not due to our error)

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return was eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by us) will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company — it may take time before a refund officially posts.

Contact your bank — processing time may vary.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@framepunk.co.uk and send your item to:

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please post it to the address above. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item is valued over £25, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@framepunk.co.ukwith your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t already been dispatched.
To cancel your order, please email support@framepunk.co.uk as soon as possible.
Please note:

Custom or made-to-order frames cannot be cancelled once production has started.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard returns process.
